Over a year ago, I made a video called, “My Top 6 Pieces of Home Gym Equipment (Out of 60+).” Since that video, I have added some new pieces of strength training equipment, while at the same time, downsizing a bit.
This is my new Top 6 List, which excludes all of the other picks in my previous list. However, at the end of the video, I share how my new list stacks up against my old list.
