This is part 2 in my HIT series. This is my shoulder-emphasis upper body push day. Unfortunately, my shoulder is still not 100% healed, so I swapped out my compound shoulder exercise for a decline chest press. In this workout, I use the Powertec Levergym, the Powertec Streamline Functional Trainer, the Prime Fitness RO-T8 Handles, and the Powertec VKR.
