The Nautilus Compound Position Bicep Curl Machine

After months of talking about it, the Nautilus Compound-Position Curling Machine is finally here! This is one of the first Nautilus machines ever manufactured and it is amazing! In this video, I explain how I got the machine, some history I found relating to the machine, and I show some exercises that come close to replicating this very unique machine.
