When I purchase strength training equipment for my home gym, I try to pick equipment that is a nice balance of quality and affordability. Additionally, I normally choose highly versatile equipment because space is at a premium in a garage gym. However, I recently purchased my most expensive piece of home gym equipment. Interestingly, this piece of equipment only does one thing, yet, 6-Time Mr. Olympia, Dorian Yates, considers this machine, "the single most important piece ever made."
