Although the beginning of this workout left a little to be desired due to a very taxing set on the Rogue Rhino, the remainder of the workout was very productive. This workout is a quad-emphasis, lower body training day. In this workout, I use the Rogue Rhino, the Powertec Leg Extension attachment, the Powertec Leg Press, the Powertec Lever Squat, and the Angles 90 Grips.
In this video, I also include some bonus footage of my calf, soleus, and abdominal training day.
