This is the next-to-last video in the series and it is a chest emphasis, upper body push day. This was another very good workout where I beat the log book on every exercise. This video includes the Powertec Levergym, the Powertec Streamline Functional Trainer, the Powertec Smith Machine, the Prime Fitness Spreader Bar, and the Powertec Dip Attachment.
