This is a lat-emphasis upper body pull day and this is my favorite workout in the series. I felt strong, energized, and I used two of my newer and favorite pieces of equipment: the Nautilus Pullover and the Fettle Fitness Iso Pulldown. This workout also includes the Powertec Lat Tower Option, The Powertec Preacher Curl attachment, the Rogue add-on change plates, the Powertec Streamline Functional Trainer, and the Angles 90 Grips.
