H.I.T. / HIT / High Intensity Training Series - Part 1

I am very excited to start my HIT Series on YouTube. Since posting some of my workouts on Instagram, a few people have reached out and asked for a more detailed review of how I organize and plan my workouts. My HIT series will show all 6 workouts that comprise my Push / Pull / Legs routine. Also, I will include some information I find helpful relating to HIT that I have learned in my 20+ years of training.
